At Miss Pho, we believe a bowl of pho should feel like coming home. Founded and lovingly run by Thu Tat—who brings more than 15 years of experience in Seattle’s Vietnamese-food scene—our restaurant is rooted in tradition and made for our neighborhood.

When it was time to open Miss Pho, Thu wanted something honest: pho served with care, warmth, and flavor. That means slow-simmered broth, fresh herbs, and big bowls that linger on your table long after the first bite. Locals say it’s some of the best broth they’ve had in the city. 

You’ll find familiar classics here with a few regional touches you don’t always see. A vegetarian pho full of mushroom richness. A spicy “sa té” version with a creamy chili-oil twist. Crispy chicken wings and taro rolls that people say are worth the detour. Whether you’re here for a solo lunch, catching up with friends, or bringing the family, you’ll find a place that’s comfortable, relaxed, and real.
